Covid Protocols
First aid training has been deemed an essential service and courses will continue to operate.
All courses will have:

Physical Distancing protocols in place

1-to-1 ratio for participant-to-equipment ratio

Cleaning and sanitizing products
-
Reduced class sizes
-
High touch areas regularly disinfected
-
Supply disposable gloves (and masks if needed).

Waive rescheduling fees for those who feel ill
Certificate Expiry date
Certificates that are expired are not considered valid and you may not take a recertification course. You must take the full course.
Recertifications
You can not take a recertification in a Red Cross course if your previous certificate was not from Red Cross. Similarly, you can not recertify in a Heart and Stroke course if your previous certificate was not from Heart and Stroke.
Can the instructor come teach at our workplace/campus?
Yes. The bigger the class, the greater the discount.
How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit. Due to Covid, we are not accepting cash at this time.
Who are the course instructors?
Our instructors are Red Cross and Heart & Stroke certified, and have at least three years of teaching experience.
What should I bring?
A pen, a mask and a smile.
Are the courses WSIB approved?
Yes.
Are there student discounts?/ What discounts do you have?
Yes, there are student discounts. Additionally, you may receive a discount if you are part of an underserved population.
